Harof is a commercial suite that helps you with all your B2B and EDI process with your business partners. Through a single portal you will be able to create and send purchase orders, receive purchase order confirmations, ASN (Advanced Ship Notice) and inventories.
The Harof system assists the business processes between supplier and distributor, guided by EDI/B2B and Retailers best practices. Harof combines processes and technology to provide a smart, friendly solution to the business interchange.
Its objective is to standardize the technology and processes that are currently used in the B2B relationships acting as the interlocutor between supplier and distributor through a friendly application focused on the customer experience, encourage collaboration and extend the capabilities of the companies to carry out EDI/B2B.
Through Harof, the following functional processes in the value chain are solved:
Product preselection
Through its web interface, Harof helps the distributor in the selection of products, fosters collaboration by giving visibility to entities of the available inventory, photographs, specifications and videos that provide information on the items to assist decision making in the sales order (customer and product sales portal).
Purchase order
Through B2B/EDI
- Provides and widens companies' B2B/EDI capacity.
- Purchase order sending via electronic message from distributor to supplier connecting their ERPs in real time.
- It’s based on a purchase order standard message guided by EDI best practices, additionally it’s flexible to customization or business rules that might be required (custom mappings for business rules).
Through basic systems
- In the case of companies with basic technology, through its web interface Harof offers the option of creating a purchase order from a retail-focused portal and to connect this portal to the B2B and your ERP.
Order confirmation

- Purchase order confirmation sending via electronic message from supplier to distributor.

Control and monitoring of business transactions
- It’s web interface is designed to control and monitor all commercial transactions that pass from the distributors to the supplier and vice versa.
- Monitoring and control of purchase orders and their confirmations.
Collaboration
- Manages inventory information for both supplier and distributor on products.
- Increases the visibility of warehouses and their availability in order to make information available to users that will help plan their business relationship.
- It offers fill-rate indicators that give visibility about the service or attention that is provided in the commercial exchange.
Notifications
Notifications via email about the purchase order and confirmation transactions, as well as their different status.
Inventories

- It enables you to orchestrate and view product inventories at both supplier and customer/distributor end.
